Acetic Acid Assay Kit (ACS; analyzer format)

Measure acetic acid (volatile acidity) using the Acetic Acid Assay Kit (ACS Analyzer Format).  This kit has been optimized for use with auto-analyzers (reaction time: 15 min) and uses the traditional method based on the reaction of acetic acid with acetyl-CoA synthetase.

Each kit contains 141.6 mL of prepared reagent, sufficient for 456 assays. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
