Acetic Acid Assay Kit (AK; analyzer format)

Measure acetic acid (volatile acidity) rapidly and reliably using the Acetic Acid (AK Analyzer Format) Assay Kit. This kit has been optimized for use with auto-analyzers (reaction time: 10 min) and uses an improved method based on the reaction of acetic acid with acetate kinase. Each kit contains 170.5 mL of prepared reagent, sufficient for 550 assays. All reagents are stable for >2 years.
