A yeast-derived cloud system, extracted from primary grown Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells (note: these dead cells can be flagged by PCR testing as S. diastaticus). Biocloud is added post-filtration at between 40 and 100 grams per hectoliters.

Application – 45 to 120 grams per barrel
