Unsweetened organic coconut chips. Rich flavor and aroma for stouts, porters, brown ales, and other styles. Toasting concentrates flavors and aromas, and reduces the level of oils that can adversely affect head formation and retention.

Suggested usage rate: 2-5 lb/bbl post-fermentation for subtle flavor, >12-15 lb/bbl for more intense flavor.
