Directions

Using the volumes calculated in our recipe builder below, follow these directions to easily create your own frozen concoction in your taproom:

  1. Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar in hot water.
  2. Cool syrup.
  3. While stirring, add citric acid and any additional flavorings or powders as suggested.
  4. Transfer to gallon jug with your base wine or cider, then chill for later use.
  5. Pour slushy mixture into slushy machine and wait until it freezes.
  6. Serve and garnish with lime or lemon (optional).
