This past Saturday, RahrBSG CraftBrewing’s Southern Region Sales Manager John Guzman, received the Tom Reap Master Brewer Award from the MBAA at the District Texas MBAA Summer Conference in Kerryville TX. 

Rahr Corporation, along with Rahr Malting Co. and Brewers Supply Group are happy to announce Rahr Corporation’s expansion plans.
 

Starting on April 9th, Rahr will begin printing the lot code, date code, product name and product sku directly onto the gusset of the bags. The colored tag will still be attached, but there will no longer be standard analysis/certificate of analysis (COA) information listed on the tag.

RahrBSG has made a significant investment in a new hop processing facility in the Yakima valley area of Washington. This new facility means that RahrBSG has complete control of the entire supply chain from bale receipt and storage to shipping of finished goods in one location.

On a recent trip across the pond to the UK, RahrBSG CraftBrewing’s John Guzman – Southern US Sales Manager, Chris German – Midwest Sales Manager, Laura Hansen – Director of Supply Chain and I had the pleasure of visiting Crisp Malting Group at their Great Ryburgh malting facility, visiting the Maris Otter “Mother-field”, and taking in the sites of Cambridge while enjoying some stellar UK beers.
